Many of the techniques and materials used were tested on animals and human or non-human cadavers, and/or human subjects. However, to demonstrate that the technologies and techniques are viable and worthwhile to researchers to patent; they may be used to support the existence of nonpsychiatric issues caused by an agent or operator of the technologies. The 20th century developed well over tens of thousands of US patents and government-owned patents. The public interest in researching these patents is connected to illegal CIA- MK Ultra experimentation by former Nazi scientists brought to the USA by the USAF and newer non-consensual experimentation on the public. Dozens of patents include implants or externally worn devices. Few of the USA's remote (wireless) patent applications clearly indicate areas of the body affected by weaponized versions.
