UN Complaints by 1st generation Americans

My independent research has lead me to numerous stories of first generation Americans with one or both parents from Asia and South America  and or dual nationals writing United Nations (UN) complaints. 

However, many of us have met under the #TargetedIndividuals movement. And Man of our costly attempts to send our formal complaints to the UN have failed. 

This is due to FISA and Surveillance Abuse and/or others corrupting our communications and telecommunication and/or faxes.
